Accounts, Orders and Site Analytics

Accounts use a username and password, with no email address required. VPNNX processes account credentials and essential account status information to authenticate users, maintain subscription entitlements and prevent unauthorized account activity. Do not include personal information unrelated to your issue in your username or support ticket. Information submitted in a ticket is used to review the issue and respond to your request.

Order records include the selected plan, payment status, subscription activation status and related transaction identifiers. They are used to provide the service, verify billing and process refunds. The system must process data usage and its reset status to calculate subscription entitlements; usage records are not records of websites visited. This site may also collect page visits, referring pages, browser types and basic device information to check that pages work properly, troubleshoot site issues and improve content. Site analytics should be distinguished from activity carried over international routes.

No-Logs Policy for International Routes

VPNNX follows an anonymous no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users access through its routes, retain connection logs that could be used to reconstruct browsing activity, or create profiles of browsing content. Information needed to forward requests over a route is used only while the connection is active and is not stored as browsing history.

Account, order and usage data, along with this site's page analytics, are still handled under this policy; the no-logs policy does not mean these operational records do not exist. Users should also note that websites they visit, their devices and payment providers each handle data independently. VPNNX's route policy does not replace their privacy settings.

Cookies, Local Storage and Payments

This site and the user panel may use cookies or browser local storage to save login status, interface preferences and information needed to maintain a session. Disabling this storage may prevent login status or some preferences from being retained. Site analytics may use browser storage to recognize the same session; this information supports site operations and is not used to record websites accessed through the routes.

Payments can be made through Alipay, WeChat Pay or USDT. The relevant third-party payment service processes the payment; VPNNX receives the transaction status and identifiers needed to verify the order and deliver entitlements. Refer to the payment service's own privacy notice for details about how it handles collected information. Confirm the recipient details and order information on the payment page.

Retention, Deletion and Account Requests

While an account remains active, VPNNX retains the information needed for login, subscriptions and support. Order and refund records are retained for transaction verification, dispute handling and applicable legal requirements. When those purposes end and there is no legal basis for further retention, the records are deleted or anonymized. Site analytics are retained only as needed for operational analysis, then deleted or aggregated. VPNNX does not set a retention period for browsing content carried over its routes because it does not store such browsing records.

Users can submit requests to access, correct or delete account data through a support ticket after logging in. Account ownership must be verified before an account data request is processed to prevent action by someone else. Deletion requests may be limited by pending orders, refund processing or legal record-retention obligations. If related records cannot be deleted immediately, VPNNX will explain why they are retained and process the request once that reason no longer applies. Clearing browser cookies and local storage removes only data saved on that device; it does not replace an account data deletion request.

Policy Changes

VPNNX may revise this policy if service processes or applicable requirements change. The updated text will be published on this page, and the “Last updated” date at the top will be changed. Significant changes to the scope or purposes of data processing will be noted in an appropriate location on the site. We recommend reviewing the current version before submitting new account or order information; requests concerning existing data can still be submitted through a support ticket after logging in.
