Account & Subscription
Check your account first, then troubleshoot imports and device changes.
Do I need an email address to create a VPNNX account?
No email address is needed. Create an account with a username and password, and keep your login details safe. Use the same account to view plans, access your subscription or submit a support ticket. If you already have an account, sign in from the link at the top right of the page instead of creating another one.
Where can I find my subscription link, and how do I refresh it in my client?
Sign in to the user panel and confirm your plan, then open the subscription or client section to get the import details. If you’ve already added the subscription to your client, use its update-subscription feature to fetch the latest routes. Disconnecting and reconnecting alone may not refresh an older route list. If the update still doesn’t appear, make sure you selected the right subscription, then restart the client. Don’t share your subscription details publicly.
Do I need to buy another plan when I switch devices?
You don’t need to buy the same plan again just because you’re switching devices. VPNNX has no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time and supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Sign in to the same account on your new device, open the panel to get the compatible client and subscription, then follow the import steps for that platform. When you’re done with the old device, disconnect in the client and remove the locally saved subscription details.
What should I check if I can’t sign in with my username or password?
Make sure you’re on the VPNNX user panel, then check your username’s capitalization, keyboard input method, and any spaces before or after your password. If your browser has saved an old password, enter your current one manually. If you still can’t sign in, use the account recovery option in the panel. To ask about an existing plan, submit a support ticket through the panel. Don’t post your password or subscription details on public pages.

Connection Issues
Tell apart issues with your local network, client rules and the destination website.
The client says it’s connected, but websites won’t load. What should I do?
First, check that your local internet connection works by opening a regular website. Then try a different route in the client, either in another region or with a different route type. Check that the client’s proxy mode includes the browser you’re using, and temporarily rule out conflicts with browser extensions or other networking tools. Reopen the site after switching. If only one site fails, its own access policies may be the cause, so test it against other sites.
Why isn’t a specific app using the proxy?
Per-app rules, system proxy settings and global mode can each cover different traffic. Check the client’s current mode and the rules for that app to make sure it isn’t set to connect directly. Then fully quit and restart the app so it doesn’t reuse a session opened before the connection was established. Some apps have their own network settings, so check those too. Compare the app with the browser’s exit IP to see whether the issue is with the app’s rules or the route itself.
I imported my subscription, but no routes appear. How can I troubleshoot this?
First, make sure the plan and subscription details in the panel belong to the account you’re using. Then run the client’s update-subscription function instead of just refreshing its main screen. Check that you didn’t copy extra spaces or paste the subscription details into a field for a single route. If the client says the format isn’t supported, return to the panel and choose an import method compatible with your client. If the problem persists, note the error message and include it in a support ticket.
How can I confirm that my connection is using the selected route?
Note your exit IP before connecting, then connect to the route and check again to see whether the IP address and reported location have changed. Check the DNS results too, rather than relying only on the client’s connected status. Finally, test with the browser or app you actually need to use. If the browser’s result changes but a particular app’s doesn’t, check its per-app rules first. You can use the My IP page on this site to check your exit IP.

Speed & Routes
Choose an exit for your use case and compare different paths.
Video or calls lag during peak hours. What should I try first?
First, work out whether the issue is with your local connection or congestion on the current cross-border route. Compare local websites and different apps, then switch regions or route types in the client. Calls depend more on a steady connection and low packet loss, so compare IEPL dedicated routes with relay routes. For video, check that the exit region suits the service you’re using. Don’t rely on a single speed test; compare the same app in the same situation after switching to see the difference.
How do I choose between IEPL dedicated routes, relay routes and direct routes?
IEPL dedicated routes focus on cross-border connection stability, making them a good option for calls and collaboration where a steady connection matters. Relay routes use an intermediate hop to change the path, which may help when a direct route from your local network performs poorly. Direct routes take a simpler path, though performance still depends on your network and the destination region. Start by choosing an exit region that suits the service, then compare route types at the times you usually connect.
Why does the route region differ from the location shown by a website?
Check the exit selected in your client, not just the location of the next hop. A relay route may pass through another region first; the final exit is what determines the IP address most websites see. Some sites also consider your account region, browser cache or their own IP geolocation database, so the displayed location may not update right away. Disconnect and reconnect, check your exit IP, clear the relevant site data, then compare the result with the site’s regional requirements.
Why does the same route perform differently at different times?
Your experience depends on your local network, the cross-border path and the destination service, and each can vary by time of day. The same route may also perform differently for browsing, video and live calls. Keep the test device and target app the same, then compare other regions or route types. If only one service is slow, check that service as well. When submitting feedback, include your region, route type and the situation in which the issue occurs.

Billing & Refunds
Check your data cycle, order status and refund options.
What monthly plans are available, and when does data reset?
Monthly plans are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on your activation date, not at the start of each calendar month. Choose a plan based on how you browse, make calls and stream video, then compare data allowances on the plans page. If your current allowance isn’t a good fit, check the upgrade options in the panel; mid-cycle upgrades are prorated by the remaining days.
How do data packages differ from monthly plans?
Monthly plans reset data each month on your activation date, so they suit more regular usage. Data packages last until used and never expire: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB. If your usage varies, estimate your actual needs and compare the two billing options. Data packages don’t automatically renew each month. Check the user panel’s plans page for the options currently available.
How do I request a refund?
VPNNX offers a 14-day no-questions-asked refund. To request one, sign in to the account used for the purchase and submit a refund request through the user panel’s support ticket system. Include the relevant order so it can be verified. Read the Terms of Service for the full refund terms. Don’t share sensitive payment details in public Q&A or on other public pages. If you can’t sign in, first follow the login troubleshooting steps on this page.
Which payment methods are supported? What should I do if my plan doesn’t appear after payment?
We accept Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. After paying, sign in to the account used for the purchase and check the order and plan status in the panel. Make sure you’re not looking in a different account. If the page hasn’t updated, reload the panel and check the order record. Don’t pay again just because the plan hasn’t appeared yet. If you need a manual review, submit the order details and a description of the issue through a panel support ticket. Don’t send your password or full subscription details.
