VPNNX Setup Guide: From Subscription to Connection Check
Follow this beginner-friendly sequence: set up your account and choose a plan, get your subscription from the dashboard, then connect in a client and check your exit IP. Skip steps you've already completed using the contents below.
Create an account
Use the link below to open the VPNNX dashboard account creation page. Follow the prompts to set a username and password, check your details, and submit. You can create a VPNNX account without an email address. Sign in with your username and password—there's no need to get a subscription link from another website first. Once your account is created, stay in the dashboard to choose a plan.
If you see a sign-in option and already have an account, sign in with your existing username and password instead of creating another account. Keep your login details somewhere safe. You'll need the same dashboard to check your plan, get your subscription, manage orders, and submit support tickets. Visiting the marketing site alone won't activate a subscription; next, choose the billing option that suits you.
If a form displays an error, check your entries as prompted and submit again. If you're already in the dashboard, don't repeat the account creation process. For other account questions, visit the Help Center. This guide continues with how to choose a plan from the dashboard.
Start FreeChoose a plan and place your order
After signing in, open the Plans section in the dashboard. Check whether each option is a monthly plan or a data pack, choose the one you need, and follow the checkout steps. Don't compare price alone: monthly plan data resets on your activation date each month, while data packs last until used and never expire. A data pack may suit you better if you use the service less often and want to decide when to use your data.
Monthly plans include ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data packs include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Before choosing, compare the full terms on the pricing page, especially the difference between “resets monthly” and “never expires.” If you upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated based on the remaining days. If you're unsure how much data you need, estimate it from your actual usage before choosing.
Check the selected plan and amount on the checkout page, then choose an available payment method: Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. When payment is complete, return to the dashboard and check that your plan status has updated. If the payment page closes, you return to the previous page, or your connection drops, don't rely on the browser redirect to confirm the order. Check the dashboard status before taking further action. See the Terms of Service for the refund policy after your first payment. The marketing site summarizes it as “14-day no-questions-asked refunds.”
Get startedGet your subscription from the dashboard
Once your plan is active, open Account Overview and check your plan details. Then look for the subscription or client import option. Your subscription isn't a public, reusable link; it's configuration information provided for your account through the signed-in dashboard. Use the dashboard's copy option if you need to copy it, or choose one of the supported import methods listed there to open it in a client.
Keep your subscription link private, just like other account information. Don't post it publicly, include it in screenshots, or share it in documents. If you need to recognize the format, treat https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN as example text only. It isn't a VPNNX subscription link and can't be imported. Get the actual link only from your dashboard, and don't edit any of its characters.
If Account Overview doesn't show an active plan, check your order and plan status in the dashboard. Don't make up a subscription address or paste the example link into a client. Once you've confirmed your plan is active, continue to the next step. Clients may offer import by link, clipboard, or a dashboard redirect; choose the method that matches the dashboard instructions.
Import your subscription into a client
Open the client download section in the dashboard and sign in. Choose the client for your device and follow the dashboard instructions to get your subscription. VPNNX doesn't provide public installation packages or a fixed subscription link. After installing the client, look for an option such as “Subscription,” “Configuration,” or “Add,” then import the information from the dashboard. The server list should appear once the import is successful. Installing a client alone doesn't import your subscription or connect you.
VPNNX supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, with no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time. The steps below cover common client interfaces. Names and layouts may vary by client version, but the sequence is the same: get the right client, import your dashboard subscription, check the server list, and then choose a server and connect.
Windows
In the dashboard's download section, choose the client for Windows. Install and open it as instructed, then go to subscription or configuration management. Choose the option to add by link, or use the quick import method provided in the dashboard. If you copy and paste, make sure the full content comes from your current account dashboard before importing or updating. Wait for the server list to appear before choosing a region. If the list is empty, check that the subscription was added successfully instead of repeatedly toggling the connection button.
macOS
In the dashboard's download section, choose the client for macOS. Install and open it, then follow the system prompts to grant the network permissions it needs. In the client menu or main window, look for an option such as “Add subscription” or “Import configuration,” and use the method provided in the dashboard. After importing, check that region names appear in the server list. If the required system permissions aren't set up, apps may not route traffic through the connection even if the client lists servers. For help with permissions, see the Mac VPN setup guide.
Android
Sign in and open the dashboard's download section for instructions on getting the Android client. In the client, import your account subscription from subscription management or the add-configuration menu. If the dashboard offers a quick import option, follow it and check that it opens the client you expect. Once the import is complete, check the server list and choose a region. When Android asks for permission to set up a VPN connection, confirm in the system dialog, then return to the client to check its connection status.
iOS
Check the dashboard's download section for the iOS client and installation instructions. App availability in the App Store may vary by region, so follow the current dashboard instructions. After installing the client, look for an option to import from a link in the subscription or configuration section, or use another supported import method provided in the dashboard. Once the subscription is imported and the server list appears, choose a server and connect. If iOS asks to authorize a VPN configuration the first time you connect, confirm and then check the client status. For differences in App Store availability and setup, read iPhone VPN options compared.
If the server list is missing after import, on any operating system, check that you got the subscription from the right account and completed the import or update in the client. Then confirm your plan status in the dashboard. Don't substitute a subscription you found online; that would make the connection checks less useful.
Connect to a server and verify it works
Choose a region in the client's server list that suits what you want to access, then click the connect control. Once the client shows a connection status, open the website or app you want to use. A “Connected” message is only the first check, not the last: confirm that the app's traffic is actually going through the selected server by checking your exit details and testing access.
Before connecting, open My IP and note the exit information shown. After connecting, refresh the page and compare the exit IP and location to see whether they've changed and match the selected server's exit region. If nothing changes in the browser, refresh or reopen the page, then check whether the client is proxying that browser's traffic. Some clients support per-app routing, so one app working while another still uses your regular connection doesn't necessarily mean the server is unavailable.
Next, try a normal action in the service you want to access, such as opening a page or loading content, to check that the app itself works. If you're still unsure, follow the guide to checking your exit IP, DNS, and per-app routing. It covers cases where the client appears connected but traffic doesn't follow the expected route. This page covers the essential steps for your first connection; for an explanation of server types and how to choose a service, see the service selection guide.
If the import, connection, or order status doesn't match what the page says, note your operating system, what the client displays, and the action you were taking. Then check the Help Center for the relevant issue. If you need more help, submit a ticket from the dashboard. Describing whether the issue occurs while getting your subscription, importing it, or checking the connection makes it easier to troubleshoot than simply saying “it doesn't work.”
